Third Time's The Charm

Cop said, "Here's your warning
                    take care of it."

Second time pulled over.
Officer said, "Call someone to drive
               you home."

Ten long days in jail.
Driving with a revoked
license, third time.

This weekend we're asking for 33 of your own words inspired by the idiom, third time's the charm.  This familiar phrase may have an indeterminate origin, but its meaning is clear.  Whether or not you include the phrase itself is up to you.  Just make sure to use exactly 33 words.  And, as usual, have fun with it!

  1. Yes, I know those people. So lucky for two freebies. Good use of the prompt. :-)

  2. Speechless, I'll have to come back to give a profound response. In the meantime, good observation of reality. lol.

  3. Some peeps just don't learn...

  4. Let's hope that lesson is fully learned now. Thanks for linking up!

  5. I hope this is fiction :) I've known people who tested the limits of warnings. It didn't work out well for them, either.

  6. Oh, I just hope this is not from personal experience. I must say, if it was the same cop, your character was still very lucky and "charmed".

  7. Someone's in trouble! Great post!

  8. Better nail those people the first time... no excuse driving drunk.

Comments and feedback are very much appreciated....
